Johannesburg, February 6: Kingdom of eSwatini’s most anticipated festivals of all times “MTN Bush Fire Festival” is back again this year even bigger and better on their many stages.
The festival was announced by CNN as one of the “7 African music festivals you really have to see” and MTN Bushfire is Swaziland’s internationally acclaimed music & arts festival that solemnly celebrates creative expressions and promoting social responsibility through stimulating the economy and drawing talent and tourists from across Africa and around the world.
The event is set kick off from the the 24th to the 26th of May this year at Swaziland’s House-on-Fire, Malkerns Valley across four stages showcasing the biggest international and continental artists and crafts to thousands of attendees.
The event venue is located at an atmosphere of Swaziland’s sprawling lawns and pristine farmland, surrounded by the breath taking Mzimba mountains which is a clear display of the beauty of this monarchial country under the reign of King Mswati III.
The stages will be showcasing amazing traditional and contemporary genres s well as collaborations from a variety of countries.
“Bringing their Fire” a popular slogan adopted by the festival is a multi-generational global community of more than 20 000 attendees to the Malkerns Valley of Swaziland and experience the magnificent three day event in the wild through culture, love, art and promoting social responsibility.
At this year’s festival you can expect a compelling line-up of theatre, poetry, dance, art exhibits & installations, story-telling, puppetry, film, and themed workshops. A vibrant handcraft market, family-friendly performances & Kid Zone as well as the recently introduced interactive art and dialogue space, The Barn, all combine to create a magically eclectic three day entertainment experience.
